**Responsibilities**:

- Plan KOL Collaborations based on the project and request input from other departments (list potential KOLs and budgeting).
- Draft agreements and detailed collaborations.
- Communicate with KOLs (starting from the approach, briefing on SOW, requesting content, to asking for reports and results).
- Ensure KOLs achieve the goals and targets of the collaboration.
- Generate reports and conduct analysis.
- Communicate with third parties (such as alternative media or other brands) for branding needs.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Develop content ideas and write and curate content
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL as in their requirements, timeliness, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in influencer marketing or related roles (min. 2 years)

2. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

3. Deep understanding of the industry or market the brand operates in (especially NGO)

4. Awareness of key influencers and opinion leaders within the industry.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to create compelling pitches and messages for influencers.

7. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with influencers.

8. Ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships.

9. Strong networking skills to expand the brand's KOL network.

10. Creativity in developing unique and engaging influencer campaigns.

11. Ability to maximize ROI within budget constraints.

12. Proficient in managing budgets for influencer campaigns.

13. Experience in setting and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns.

14. Understanding of metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: RM1,250.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
