Store Collaboration Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Collaboration Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with retail stores to drive brand visibility and sales growth. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute collaborative marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential retail partners and evaluate collaboration opportunities based on brand alignment and market reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Develop and implement collaborative marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to partner stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align collaborative initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of store collaboration campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, serving as the main point of contact for communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities related to store collaboration and retail partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to collaboration initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to partner locations as needed.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behaviour, and marketing strategies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
