Kindergarden Principal

1.Responsible for ensuring the student's number and revenue growth of the kindergarten. 2.Overseeing daily operations, maintenance and cleanliness, managing budgets of the kindergarten, and school fee management. 3.Recruiting, training, and supporting teachers and organising meeting regularly and implementing all the rules and regulations in the kindergarten. 4.Overseeing the teacher’s performance, conducting performance appraisal, planning the class schedule arrangement and handling personnel deployment. 5.Building good relationship with parents and dealing with escalated student/parent issues, incident reports, and legal actions. 6.Evaluating and supervising students’ learning progress, creating a fun and positive learning environment. 7.Enhancing and improving students’ learning abilities and attitude, and developing students’ interest positive character and core values through classroom activities and programs 8.Ensuring students learning in a safety and hygiene environment.
