**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities: -**
- Sourcing supplier especially from China.
- Order stationery and maintain stock levels of all items.
- Incharge of Canteen Ordering.
- Issue purchase orders for Ice, Calibration, Lab Test and other related tasks.
- Assist in sourcing of Refrigeration, Air-Cond & Maintenance parts.
- Assist Manager in fill up K1 Form.
- Assist in ISO documentation (data collection & registration).
- Data entry, filling paper work and settle document.
- Inform supplier regarding the payment released / help to bank-in.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity order and follow up until the goods receive.
- Request and follow up payment from account department.

**Requirements: -**
- **Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must in spoken and written.**:

- High level of integrity and meticulousness.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
