Corporate Service Division
- Assist the process for account payable-ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, processing of journals and processing supplier invoices.
- Assist in entering Customer receipts, Supplier payments and other bank transactions.
- Asist in performing parts of accounting reconciliations.
- Assist in performing Credit control activities and providing information to support cash flow
- Supporting the production of the monthly Fixed Costs Report, monthly Income
- Assist in performing an initial review to identify and escalate reporting discrepancies or control issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations as needed
- Required to support financial analysis efforts by preparing data, analyzing trends, and providing insights to aid decision-making.
- Assisting with preparing Year-end audit files, ensuring all information and supporting documents are electronically available, in accordance with the agreed timeframe
- Collating and referencing supporting documentation for related authorities body reviews and audits or Full Statutory Audit
- Assisting others in the Finance Team with any other duties as required, including the upkeep of documents filing

OJT Location : National Aerospace Industry Corporation (NAICO)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
