**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swimming lessons for children of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student.
- Provide instruction on swimming techniques, strokes, breathing, and water safety.
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide hands-on guidance and feedback to help students improve.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to build confidence and overcome challenges.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide feedback on progress and discuss goals and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe swimming environment, adhering to all pool rules and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in swimming instruction and incorporate new techniques into lessons when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a swim coaching or teaching capacity.
- Ability to work patiently with children of varying ages and skill levels, showing empathy and understanding towards their individual needs and learning pace.
- Effective communication skills to convey instructions and provide feedback to children and their parents/guardians.
- Good time management and punctual
- CPR and lifeguard certification preferred
