Procurement Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and select new suppliers.
- Reviews orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
- To monitor stock movement and inventory control.
- Prepare monthly reports on related matters
- To check, compile and follow up with all the relevant purchase documents.
- Responsible for the preparation and process of the Purchase Orders for local and overseas
- purchases.
- To perform any task assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification
- Possess negotiation skills (to negotiate with suppliers)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word) is required.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay
- Fluent speaking and excellent writing skill in _**Mandarin **_to handle China supplier
- Sensitive to number crunching
- Able to start immediate will be an advantage
- Working Hours : 5 days - Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
