**Admin Accounts**
- Performing basic office tasks and daily accounting functions, such as data entry, updating of accounts records, prepare documents like invoice, credit note, stock transfer, stock issue and etc,
- To handle defect claim documents processing
- Monitoring orders delivery status
- Responsible for daily sales support
- Perform general administrative such as filing and maintenance documents
- Maintain accounting database by entering data and transactions details correctly and accurately into the system (autocount)
- Providing administration support to the Accounting Department.
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Order Processing/ Accounting software such as AutoCount.
- Required language(s)**:Mandarin**, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous, eye for details, precise, self-disciplined and efficient
- A high degree of work responsibilities, work independently with mínimal supervision, fully dependable.
- **Knowledge in Inventory Management and Distributor/Trading Industry will be added advantage**.
- Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
