**- **Ensure solution delivery is in place to meet requirements.
- Perform systems administration, as appropriate.
- Identify potential crises and develop and execute resolution plans.
- Analyze global reporting for the purpose of continuous improvement and results.
- Govern Global Learning and Development (L&D) Operational Systems and Processes.
- Serve as systems expert and responding to inquiries and concerns.
- Influence and recommend systems’ direction and philosophy.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management group, HRIS, and other HR groups to define systems scope and obtain appropriate sponsorship for system enhancements.
- Manage metrics, targets, and measures.
- Serve as conduit for global communications and change management.
- Monitor systems in accordance with business rules and standards and provide guidance to close gaps.
- Develop and manage processes, including identifying gaps and improvements and maintaining process documentation and procedures.
- Manage Global L and D Operational Program Training, Materials, and Resources.
- Serve as the top-tier administrator for systems issues and modification requests partnering with appropriate resources.
- Benchmark program solutions and systems.
- Assess systems health for the purpose of continuous improvement.
- Be accountable for the creation, periodic review, and maintenance of global business process and standard documentation.
- Be accountable for the development, maintenance, and storage of Global program content and materials according to L and D standards.
- Be accountable for the development and delivery of Global program training to meet the needs of all levels of users.
- Serve as the point of contact for global contracts, coordinating with stakeholders where appropriate.
- Continually enhance domain knowledge to inform the future direction of the service area.
- Manage and Develop Global L and D Operational SMEs, Systems Administrators, and Stakeholders.
- Identify Program stakeholders and manage system and process expectations with stakeholders.
- Validate and audit access to systems.
- Communicate expectations, systems issues, etc. to team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare, develop, and partner with regional L and D systems stewards.
- Encourage and facilitate communities.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (required)
