We are looking for talented project manager that specialize in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing of the projects. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to manage multiple projects concurrently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Manager is involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to farm and construction.
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resource allocation and procurement needs.
- Manage and lead farm consultant and construction team from inception of project in order to ensure that all authorities approvals and delivery of project is on schedule and within quality standard and budget.
- Coordinate and work with farm consultant and construction leader from project inception to completion.
- Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
- Support project team to resolve project issues throughout project implementation.
- Supervise, manage and report to the Management on the project progression.
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within timeframe for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and occupation permit.
- Building and promoting an open, trusting, and respectful team environment.

**Requirement**:

- A matured project management professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in construction, farm, land development industry or a related field.
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Capable of playing a leading role in a teamwork environment. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadlines.

**Location Requirement**:

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
