**ARCHITECTURAL PART 2**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals.
- Preparation & submissions of drawings and necessary documents to local authorities.
- To involve in tendering process.
- To involve in construction implementation.
- To coordinate with all part including client, consultant and authorities.

**Requirement**:
Qualification:

- Experience : 1-2 year(s) in related field, but fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Skills : Must be well versed in cad-drafting software, 3D modelling software (Sketch-up) & other relevant skills.
- Able to work independently, strong in analytical skill, problem solving skill and time management skill.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Master in Architectural

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Free parking
- Maternity leave

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
