1. Performs day-to-day maintenance and repairs related to building, grounds and equipment in areas which include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing and painting. 2. Assist in supervising maintenance and repair works carried out by contractors. 3. Attends to breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with mínimal downtime to school operations. 4. Perform general carpentry and repair work such as repairing furniture, installing shelves, painting and repairing other basic appliances. 5. Reports breakdown and equipment faults, and suggests corrective actions to Immediate Supervisor. 6. Provide support to Immediate Supervisor in ad-hoc duties when required. 7. Required minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance as a handyman/technician/general worker. 8. Technical certification or vocational training in relevant field is preferred. 9. Working pattern: 45 Hours weekly, overtime if required and to be on standby if required to work on public holidays
