IT Technician

To set up computers with appropriate software and user accounts. - To help staff who are having technical difficulties. - To ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner, - To manage the necessary software licenses, - Must have knowledge in hardware & software applicable, - To oversee equipment after consultation with other staff, - To assist with the development of policies, processes and procedures for the organisation, setup and renewal of IT. - Support internal Network, Server, Cloud and IT technical problems - Maintain and upkeep Servers, Networking, Firewall, VPN, Backup and Wireless/Unifi
