**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personalized and attentive service to guests aboard the train, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of cabins and public areas, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and cater to any special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt and courteous assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Butler, Cabin Steward, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling guests' requests and privacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Schedule**: Day shift, Night shift

**Supplemental pay types**: Tips

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**: Butler: 2 year (required) or Cabin Steward: 2year (required)

**Language**: English (required)
