Calling all manufacturing experts We're seeking aseasoned_ **Factory Manager **_to join our dynamic team and orchestrate end-to-end manufacturing operations.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise and streamline manufacturing operations while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory norms. Your primary mission? Ensuring timely and successfully operations of manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and proven manufacturing management experience.
- Supervise and optimize manufacturing activities, resource utilization, and adapt to changes.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and training.
- Ensure quality control in the coating line and manage supply chains of raw and packaging materials.
- Establish and lead technical/maintenance teams, foster collaboration across functions.
- Drive improvement initiatives focused on workplace organization, cleanliness, sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline like Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Operations/Manufacturing experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Chinese (speaking and writing).
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
- Hands-on experience with modern manufacturing methods and improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project and program management (desirable).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, ISO standards, or related practices.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Experience managing at least 50 people or revenue above RM50 million factory.

Pay: RM132,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
