**Responsibilities**:

- Foster positive customer relationships through exceptional service, ensuring every interaction is prompt, friendly, and personalized.
- Exceed sales targets by using your passion and product knowledge to recommend the best solutions for our customers' needs.
- Showcase your expertise by identifying customer preferences and suggesting products that align with their desires.
- Elevate the shopping experience by maintaining visually appealing product displays and shelves.
- Cultivate a loyal customer base through stellar service and follow-up, both in-store and beyond.
- Contribute to the seamless operation of the store by executing opening and closing procedures flawlessly.
- Keep our store in tip-top shape with regular housekeeping duties, ensuring testers, displays, fixtures, and counters are clean and inviting.

**Requirements**:

- Prior exposure to the beauty, retail, or service industries is a plus.
