Mechanic (Engine)

Job Summary: To plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with overhaul, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery personally or through subordinate supervisors. Job Responsibilities: 1) To troubleshoot and determines the source of breakdown and develop action plan to overcome and prevent such breakdown for quay crane, mobile harbor crane, RTG and stacker. 2) To direct, coordinate and monitor repair and maintenance of quay crane, mobile harbor crane, RTG and stacker. 3) To prepare and monitor maintenance planning schedule for quay crane, mobile harbor crane, RTG and stacker. 4) To monitor, maintain and improve equipment availability for smooth operation. 5) To achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target set by the Company. 6) To manage, develop and motivate the team. 7) To do talent management. 8) Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
