**Role Overview**:
As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory procedures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and stock movements to ensure adequate supply for production and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies in shipments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, theft, or damage to stock.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, generate reports, and analyze inventory data.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize inventory processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain inventory policies and procedures to standardize inventory management practices.
- Train and supervise staff involved in inventory handling and management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Malaysian citizenship is mandatory.
