**Job Description**:
The Accounts Assistant is accountable to ensure correct and on time bookings in compliance with Global Accounting Routines and the Global Accounts Plan.

He/she support the Manager / Accounts Executive and other stakeholders with relevant information and the preparation of monthly reports and ensure full compliance with all relevant local and tax requirement in terms of payments and reporting, The Accounts Assistant also always adhere to H&M Internal routines.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure correct and on-time accounting bookings as per the Global Accounting Routines and local legislation
- Handling bank, gift card and card payment booking
- Researching cash differences / shop balance differences and follow up with stores
- Support the stores with information and guidance concerning Accounting Routines
- Check and make correct and on-time payments and bank reconciliation as well as petty cash and corporate card control
- Update weekly exchange rate
- Sending and review of supplier invoice in SAP
- Secure bookings of all regular expenses during the month for accurate budget follow up
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and GST requirements
- Support in monthly closing activities
- Support the Statutory Auditors with all required information
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Good analytical skills and willing to learn
- Good teamwork
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Able to work in high workload environment independently
- Well organized and able to prioritize
