**About the Department**:
The **Credit and Risk Management** function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Telephone dunning (X, 30 & 60 days bucket) accounts.
- Retrieve voice message and perform call back to customer via dialer system (Call Back Campaign).
- Attend to customer and update latest contact details.
- To review transfer payments/reversal of Late/Finance charges on daily basis.
- Raised reversal on Fee Base a/cs (Annual Fee/Amin Fee/SST) on weekly basis.
- Prepare listing for panel lawyer to issue NOD on monthly basis.
- Handling ad-hoc task - i.e. Financial Aids Programme.
- Display professionalism when handling external and internal customers at all time.
- Carry out all other duties assigned from time to time by management.
- Ensure clean desk policy are adhered at all times.
- Escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activity to your manager, independent risk management, internal legal counsel or compliance officer
- Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, Group compliance etc

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any field or working experience in Credit Management will be an added advantage
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Credit Management field.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, especially English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel
- Target oriented, able to work as team and under taxing environment
- Flexible to work on extended hours/ weekend if required.
