Job Summary:
Accounts Associates OR Tax Associates are entry-level position that will assist in various book-keeping and accounting recordings (or Tax Accounting) for clients’ companies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists customers/clients with book-keeping and accounting recordings.
- Creates financial statements using a prescribed format in the accounting software.
- Plans and completes other assigned segments of the book-keeping or other accounting tasks assigned by the seniors.
- Collect all documentation necessary for accounting data entries and reporting.
- Identifies any deficiencies within the accounting process and discuss with senior staff to resolve such deficiencies.
- Accounting Reports.
- OR Performs other tax related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Accounting soflware is added advantages.
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting documentation and procedures.
- Ability to understand financial recordings.
Education and Experience:
- LCCI Certificate, Diploma (or equivalent) or Advanced Diploma in accounting preferred.
