**Position : Talent Acquisition**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur**
**Tenure: 1 year contract - renewable basis**
**Remuneration: RM 3,200 - RM 4,000**
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure quality sources to provide desired flow of recruits, including agency management
- Effectively market externally (professional networks, Social Medias, third party recruiters, search firms, vendors). - Promote and enhance internal referral program to encourage recommendations from staff.
- Maintain and track recruiting KPIs e.g. cost per hire, Time to fill, Offer/Decline Leverage the company recruiting system
**Job Requirements**:
- Skills and Experience;
- An aggressive, high energy, driven and resilient recruiter who’s done min 1 years of Technology Recruiting.
- Work with the Recruiting Lead to partner the business to understand current and future demands
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment
- Experience in working or recruiting for a startup or high growth company
- Comfortable talking to people of any level, whether it’s in person, on the phone or in writing
- Ability to work within a diverse team environment
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 1 month
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tun Razak Exchange: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
