Job description
- Responsible and accountable for daily financial operations activities of the company.
- High competency in MYOB / ABSS Accounting System
- Follow-up and handle AP & AR
- Prepare Invoice, PO, DO, Credit Note, Payment Voucher etc
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation
- Posting General Ledgers and Journals into the system
- Liaise with auditor for year end financial report
- Prepare daily payment summary
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Keep proper record of fixed assets and company assets.
- Any assigned duty by superior from time to time COMPANY Requirements:
- '¢ Familiar with full set accounts. '¢ Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent. '¢ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience gained from working in the Accounts Department '¢ Computer literate at least MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT, ABSS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM Automative/Civil engineering/F&B 10-50 employees Jade Hills, Kajang, Selangor Our business goal is to provide superior engineering service and solution that rely on civil engineering works.
