Lead the creative direction and execution of graphic design projects, ensuring they align with the company's visual identity and goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.
- Mentor and guide junior designers in refining their design skills and adhering to design principles.
- Take ownership of complex design projects, from concept to final delivery, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of materials, including posters, banners, leaflets, signboards, packaging, and more.
- Utilize strong typography skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality visual output.
- Conduct photo shoots for various projects, ensuring the images align with the desired aesthetic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and design best practices to contribute fresh and cutting-edge ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, editorial, and production, to ensure design consistency across all materials.
- Present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations on visual storytelling and user experience enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a relevant field.
- 5 years or more of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also actively contributing as a collaborative team member.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to infuse a modern and fresh perspective.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 3 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
