The Branch PIC will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branches. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Supervise and guide sales, mechanics, and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure teamwork and accountability.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional service to customers.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Analyze trends to optimize inventory selection.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Develop sales strategies and execute marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor expenses and implement productivity measures.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motorbike industry preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales techniques.
- Knowledge of motorbike products, parts, and accessories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
