- Managing and processing orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generating invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Inputting and maintaining customer and sales data in the company's database and system.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure product availability and delivery timely and smoothly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM graduate.
- Preferably prior experience in sales coordination.
