**General**
- Reads the logbook daily and take action accordingly.
- Provides information regarding the hotel’s facilities & services.
- Ensures to always be informed of VIP in-house and daily functions.
- Handles guest complaints in accordance with service recovery guidelines.

**Bell Desk**
- Greets and addresses guests by name.
- Performs room changes in an efficient and helpful manner and in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
- Thanks every guest when they depart.
- Takes messages.
- Locates guests.
- Properly records incoming/outgoing luggage and deliver with care and promptly within 15 minutes upon the guest’s arrival.
- Delivers newspapers as per hotel policy.
- Delivers messages, faxes or other mail to the room.
- Valet parks cars if the service is provided by the hotel.
- Opens car doors and assists guests.
- Works together with Security to control the flow of traffic at the lobby entrance and driveway area.
- Checks daily arrival list.
- Answer sand transfer incoming calls in accordance with hotel standards.
- Keep the luggage storeroom tidy and clean.
- Calls for taxis whenever guests request and assist by telling the taxi driver where to go whenever necessary.
- Accepts baggage that guest may wish to keep in storage, issue claim ticket and record in log accordingly.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
