**Scope of Work**

**POSITION : HANDYMAN**

1.1 To check and repair the fences of the common areas.

1.2 To make rounds within the development area on a daily basis to check and ensure the common areas is in working conditions.

1.3 To report to the office upon detection of faulty lighting, water piping, doors, windows, walls, internal roads, ceilings and others.

1.4 To check and replace faulty lighting equipment including lighting tubes, starters, garden lights and street lights.

1.5 To repair water pipes within the common areas.

1.6 To check and clear gully traps fortnightly.

1.7 To paint road signs as and when necessary within the common areas.

1.8 To check and maintain the rooftop areas on a monthly basis. Areas to be checked include areas under the lift motor room and water tank.

1.9 To keep track of the inventories belonging to the Joint Management Body/Management Corporation and ensure they are in working conditions.

1.10 To put up decorations for various festivals such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas and others.

1.11 To assist the building supervisor in monthly inspection and maintenance services.

1.12 Attend to and execute any other assignments which may be instructed by the Building Supervisor or Operations Manager.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
