1. Assist in product drawing files included:

- Generate engineering drawings.
- Follow up actions in fabrication.
- Job order and drawings distribution process.

2. Ensure proper maintenance of filings and records:

- Product Drawing Files.
- Bill of Material.
- Job Order records.
- Technical library.
- Manuals.

3. Job Order preparation:

- Drawings duplication and maintenance.
- Job order entry and generate part revision.

4. Creating fabrication jobs under the instruction of the manager:

- Input drawing group number into ERP system.

5. Supporting the production line:

- Provide technical fitting and welding supporting reference from drawing.
- Advice on new parts or revised parts to Assembly.

6. Liaise with Procurement department regarding fabrication job orders.

7. Liaise with Quality Assurance department and provide support with rework arrangements.

8. Provide updates to the Material Resource Planning department regarding amendments to the quantity of materials in the BOM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
