Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements such as service agreements with customers, vendor agreements, and ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal corporate policies.
- To review service & rental Agreements, letters, code of business, request for declaration and other corporate documents requested from external parties.
- To communicate with company’s appointed external lawyer in seeking legal advice and views whenever necessary.
- To support in dealing with insurance companies for handling of Insurance related functions of the company (including claim process.)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulation, and industry which pertains to claims and insurance.
- To handle all inquiries relating to legal matters, provide legal opinions and proposals for resolving of legal Issues.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Maintenance of all required corporate filings and reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- To carry out any other supporting functions and to perform other duties as directed by management when required.

**Qualification**
- Degree, Professional Degree in Law, Legal or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience either in practice or in-house (Experience in relevant legal areas)
- Proficient in both spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of Malaysian laws and regulation.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism and ethics.
- Able to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
