The requirements listed below are required to excel in this position:

- Must be able to follow instructions with mínimal to no supervision.
- Must be willing to work around a wide range of fertilizers, pesticides, fumes, etc.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoor.
- Must be willing to be flexible and have a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of tractors, irrigation, and running farm equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of planting, harvesting and related processes is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with building/construction related projects is a plus.
