To check and repair the fences of the common areas. - To make rounds within the development area on a daily basis to check and ensure the common areas is in working conditions. - To report to the office upon detection of faulty lighting, water piping, doors, windows, walls, internal roads, ceilings and others. - To check and replace faulty lighting equipment including lighting tubes, starters, garden lights and street lights. - To repair water pipes within the common areas. - To check and clear gully traps fortnightly. - To paint road signs as and when necessary within the common areas. - To check and maintain the rooftop areas on a monthly basis. Areas to be checked include areas under the lift motor room and water tank. - To keep track of the inventories belonging to the Joint Management Body/Management Corporation and ensure they are in working conditions. - To put up decorations for various festivals such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas and others. - To assist the building supervisor in monthly inspection and maintenance services. - Attend to and execute any other assignments which may be instructed by the Building Supervisor or Operations Manager.
