Outbound Logistics Sales Manager

An international recruiting agency **HedgeHog** is looking for an **Outbound Sales Manager**.
Our company-client provides transportation logistics services across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. During the cooperation, it has proven itself as a reliable partner that continues its development, even during the pandemic and other times of crisis. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Crafting effective sales strategies to achieve company goals, such as revenue targets and market expansion;
- Identify and pursue potential clients through face-to-face interactions, networking events, and referrals, travelling within sales territory;
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally;
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts;
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand.
**Qualifications**:
- 4-5 years of B2B sales and customer relationship management experience in Logistics;
- Experience with the sea/air transportation, current market pricing and check it daily;
- Own customer base (we can transport different cargo). But you can only use it if there is no NDA agreement or your NDA agreement allows it;
- Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite;
- English: Upper-Intermediate;
- Chinese: Upper-Intermediate;
- Ability to work independently without supervision, evaluating of result and manage it;
- Ability to see the bigger picture;
- Possessing a problem-solving mindset and high communication skills.
