Assist in prepare and control of daily and weekly market lists, conducting daily inspections of kitchen with minute follow-ups report and planning, coordinate and supervise of all menu implementation,
- Responsible on kitchen manpower planning & monitor their work schedule.
- Monitor inventory at the entire kitchen and maintain the par stock level in the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality, taste and presentation, making adjustment as necessary to maintain excellence.
- Coordinate weekly/monthly meeting with management and share the meeting minutes' such as dietician meeting, F&B meeting, management meeting, briefing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
