Position: Home Room Teacher

Age Group: Foundation Years (Age 5-7 years old)

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is a must

Starting Date: September 2023

**Responsibilities**:
Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities.

Foster a love for learning through interactive and creative teaching methods.

Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

Utilize technology to enhance the educational process and keep students engaged.

Encourage students' social and emotional development through positive reinforcement.

Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Previous experience teaching young children in a school or childcare setting.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Passionate about education and dedicated to the growth and development of children.

Tech-savvy and able to integrate technology into the teaching process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, caring, and empathetic towards the needs of young learners.

Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.

Valid teaching certification is a plus.
