'¢ Control and lead all the production activities are follow the standard production procedure (SOP) and the quality procedure. '¢ Update the SOP's, Process Flow Chart, Parameter Setting from time to time if any changes. '¢ Check the daily production activities all section related according to plan to avoid any outstanding delivery or delay delivery to the customer. '¢ Responsible to plan of production activities base on man, machine, materials capacity. '¢ Control the material usage to minimize material loss and wastage. '¢ Prepare the weekly material usage and communicate to purchasing and store to avoid any interruption to production planning. '¢ Ensure every sections of production are achieved their production output target and quality target. '¢ To ensure all production workers are follow quality, environment and safety policy. '¢ Ensure all production lines are keeps storage of tools and die in a neat, well-stocked, clean, organized manner and maintain 5S. '¢ Implement the product verification to ensure the product quality meet the specification. '¢ Ensure the machine checklist for all machines which is using in production line are up to date. '¢ Ensure all the equipment, machines and facilities in a good condition. '¢ To study, review and recommend a new improvement to all the current process to increase productivity and efficiency. '¢ To monitor and improve production processes, identify problem and take appropriate action for correction and prevention. '¢ Ensure the implementation of the process quality control to keep the high quality of finish goods. '¢ Prepare the production monthly report to monitor the quality and productivity performance. '¢ Monitor the production performance and report all related production activities to production manager.
