We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Clinic Admin to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk and greet all clients
- Respond to client's enquiries via WhatsApp, phone call, social media, etc and assist with appointment bookings
- Assist clinic doctor's with clients after treatment is performed
- Handle client's payment after treatments
- Maintain and organize all client's record which include updating profiles and filing
- Ensure overall cleanliness and atmosphere of clinic is well maintained

**Requirements**:

- Young, vibrant, full of energy and eager to grow a small start up company
- Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin/ Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluent in written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and write in Mandarin/ Cantonese is a PLUS
- Tech savvy - well-versed with Excel and Google Drive

No experience needed as long as you are willing to learn

**Other Info**:
As we are a retail clinic, working hours wil have to go alongside our business hours:
- Working hours between 40-50 hours per week (depending on client appointments) OT provided
- 5.5 working days per week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend). Off days to be discussed and agreed upon.

Monday - Closed
Tuesday to Sunday - 10am to 6pm
