**JOB DESCRIPTION.**

1. To develop, recommend and monitor plans and strategies for the operation of the premix plant.

2. Responsible and accountable for the operation of the plant, product, quality, safety and environments.

3. Responsible for laboratory and plant maintenance, material, equipment and work force.

4. To ensure the operation, method and final product according to specification.

5. To ensure product quality are up to standard on-site or out-site.

6. To attend client complaint if necessary.

7. Ensuring the department / company target are achieve.

**JOB REQUIREMENT.**

1. Minimum qualification, Diploma in Civil Engineer or Material Science or equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in premix production / plant or roadwork construction.

3. Possess and PASS IKRAM Quality Control Certificate.

4. Able to interpret report result.

5. Good communication skill and able to liaise with relevant authority.

6. Well-verse with plant specification, requirement and LPA certification.

7. Possess good inter-personal skill, decision making, critical thinking and able to work with team.

8. MS Office literate

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
