**Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the E2E management of Presales for Telco solutions and focus on meeting customers/ accounts for pre-sales engagement to influence them in their network transformation journey, deals/ tender presentation, clarification and negotiation and drive bespoke customization of the deliverable to fulfil customer requirement
- Understand the technical requirements of the tender documents or customize customer’s data communication network requirements. Design reliable & cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of customer’s business organization.
- Responsible to develop high quality LAN / WAN / Voice solutions to customers and document customers’ network
- Work closely with Account Managers (Based in HQ/Overseas offices), Project and Operations team to support customers’ ongoing requirements, implementation and post sales activities.
- Improve or maintain high NPS score for Good & Excellent customer experience rating. Provide root cause analysis for missed Operational Key Results then share the preventive plan to customer & stakeholders.

**Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a Technical position in the Communications / Network or Information Technology related industry.
- Familiar with Cisco & Juniper equipment. CCNP / CCDP / CCIP certification is preferable
- Experience in routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP & OSPF
- Knowledge or experience in ICT / Managed Services including switches, firewalls, WAN optimization, load-sharing equipment, IP PABX and virtualizations is a plus point
- Strong background in Telecommunications and related technologies/services such as: SDWAN (e.g. Velocloud, Silver Peak), NFV, MPLS, Internet, SIP, Cloud access, wireless/5G technology, networking equipment etc. Excellent communications and business writing skills
- Highly motivated, willing to learn new technologies, independent and able to work under pressure.
