- Involves the practical and supervisory roles in the field operations of the plantations.
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operations
- Assist in supervising cash crops planting (pineapple), cultivation, field maintenance and nursery management.
- Assist in cash crop operational management including utilization of human capital materials, protect plants from pests and risk to maximize the production.
- Manage fertilizer stores, cover crop supplies, chemical, machinery and other tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
- Dress Code: Smart & Casual.
