Entomologist

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Field Biologist to join our team. As a Field Biologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, monitoring, and managing pest activity to ensure the identification, prevention, and elimination of conditions that could promote or sustain a pest population. **Overall Job Purpose**: Your primary responsibility will be to implement effective pest management programs for our Key Account customers. By conducting regular assessments and generating timely reports, you will optimize service performance, enhance customer retention, and create sales opportunities. You will work closely with the service team to intervene purposefully and maintain high service quality through timely site QA visits. In addition, you are also required to conduct training in-house or external clients whenever necessary in regard to Pest Control. **Key Deliverables**: - Complete QAs periodically and Field Biologist reports for Key Account Customers. - conduct site visits to assist in developing proposals for prospective customers. - Meet with Key Account customers to address their pest management needs and requirements. - Conduct Quality Assurance checks on customers’ sites to ensure adherence to service specifications and submit findings to the relevant parties including clients and service manager. - Provide Pest Aware training to customers and their staff to improve their understanding of pests and pest control techniques as needed. - Ensure Termibait's documents in the clients’ binders are up-to-date and comply with each client’s requirements. - Send clients yearly treatment planners for upcoming inspections, including Routine visits and Fly control unit servicing dates, provided by the Customer Services Manager. - Prepare monthly reports for submission to the Service Manager - Complete inspections on Pest Prevention paperwork or generate Inspection Reports with analyzed comments. - Check pest control documentation and plans, ensuring they are kept up-to-date on the system for each customer and handle general administration for effective customer feedback.
