1 In charge of all documentation with regards to Mall tenancy 2 Follow up tenancy procedures in respect to tenant interaction. 3 Preparation of tenancy renewal terms with revision of tenancy rate. 4 Closely liaise with Mall team on tenant issues and provide recommendation for approval. 5 Assist on the process of permit renewal on foreign workers and updating records of passport and permit. 6 To assist colleagues on the renewal for business and other related licenses for all outlets. 7 Also to update and follow up with vendors on all maintenance agreement. 8 Draft official letter to related government department and statutory bodies as and when required 9 Available to travel and submit complete documentation for permit and license renewal at the required government and statutory department
Mydin\Sam's Groceria (Straits Quay) Managed by Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in March 1995 and started a small local Penang family retail business at 97 Chulia Street, Georgetown Penang. As business prosper from year to year we expended our business through acquisition of Welsan Cash & Carry in 1999. In 2002, we entered a long term lease at a new location along Penang Road the busy route of Georgetown, we renovated and converted the Cathay Theatre into a supermarket known as Mydin Wholesale Emporium. From then on, we never look back thus enhance our business further by opening 5 Mydin Hypermarkets in the northern region, in stages. In 2020, Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd opened a new supermarket in Tanjong Tokong, Penang. It’s our first Sam’s Groceria outlet under Iman Ikhlas (M) Sdn Bhd.
