Maintenance Technician

To ensure attending all the mechanical & electrical maintenance works & repair it at the highest efficiency - To ensure cleanliness of the maintenance department - To assist assistant maintenance supervisor/factory manager to do cost-saving plan in term of electricity consumption, boiler fuel consumption, fabricating works, & purchasing parts. - To promote safety & health working environmental - To ensure daily, weekly & monthly maintenance carried out as planned either by factory manager or assistant maintenance supervisor - To plan for preventive, corrective, periodic maintenance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis - To provide daily, weekly & monthly maintenance report to the factory manager - To receive, maintain &supervise any arrival of rawa material vessel discharging from the jetty in term of operation, maintenance & manpower - To ensure all UPV including boiler compliance with the DOSH regulation & requirement - To monitor mechanical spare parts in terms of availability, condition & prevent theft - To attend &assist any task given by the assistant maintenance supervisor/factory manager from time to time - To ensure all forklift in working condition & plan for preventive maintenance - To learn from chargeman/assistant maintenance supervisor all electrical component & motor, prepare to take A0/A4/B0 cert
