Store Keeper

1. Self-regulate ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems for Production Department to ensure that the compliancy standards and registered forms imposed are updated and in order. Participates into all internal and external audit activities deployed by the company.

2. Continuously acquires and maintains professional and technical knowledge in stock keeping and inventory management. Records and update stock list and register inventory movement.

3. Assist Production Department and Purchasing Department to cross check, register and file in all MRF/PR received when Delivery material and when material arrival for store keeping.

4. Ensures cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas cleans, maintains proper housekeeping and tidiness of the store area to ensure store operation runs efficiently with minimum risk or hazard from mishandling and/or obstruction between storage and work area.

5. Diligently and ethically observes and record material movement beyond store parameter to ensure accountability of movement, utilization of resources with matching job reference (Job Card/Sales Order) and avoid untraceable movement that may lead to loss or security risk.

6. Enforces and observes strict and/or limited access of personnel allowed to request for material or entering or exiting store parameter to manage risk of security or unaccountable/untraceable material and asset losses.

7. Establish labelling standard and fix legible and proper labelling of material to ensure ease of accessing and observing of expiry date of various materials or parts.

8. Conducts stock counting and updates inventory list for all materials, parts, machinery, tools, equipment and assets once a month.

9. Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
