**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- To manage Warehouse activities (Receiving & Planning)

2- Responsible for Green Bean (GB) and Finished Goods (FG) warehouse activities, Cleaning Chemical (CC) storage and adhering to Storage, Handling & Preservation of Product Procedure (DKM-QP-PRD-ST-01) and any other Customer's SOP pertaining to GB and FG handling requirements.

3- Responsible for accurate receiving of GB, FG & CC, issuing to Production in-process and ensuring goods are handled with maximum care and protection from damage and deterioration.

4- Responsible to arrange Accepted and Rejected Goods to be easily identifiable and traceable.

5- Responsible to ensure Red 'On Hold' labels must fastened to cartons and jute bags so that it is easily identifiable, traceable and segregated clearly in marked designated areas in the store.

6- Responsible to ensure all stored items are issued according to First-in-First-out (FIFO).

7- Responsible to input goods receive and issuance in MRP system accurately and to work closely with PCP Department to close the MRP system at month end.

8- Responsible to carry out physical monthly stock checks both in DKM and external warehouse.

9- Responsible to maintain a spirit of cooperation within Production Department and with other departments and department heads.

10- Any other job assigned by the HOD/Management.

**QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT**:
1-DIPLOMA HOLDER ( RELATED TO LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT)

2- 1-3 YEARS OF WAREHOUSE/LOGISTIC/STORE EXPERIENCE

3- HAVE FORKLIFT TRAINING CERTIFICATE

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
