Cheras, Malaysia Global Pets Sdn Bhd Full time

Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording transactions, expenses, and revenue.
- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring timely disbursement of funds to vendors and suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitoring member dues and other receivables, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Budgeting: Supporting the budgeting process by providing financial data and assisting in budget preparation.
- Banking and Reconciliation: Handling bank transactions, reconciling bank statements, and resolving discrepancies.
- Expense Tracking: Monitoring expenses against the budget and providing regular reports on spending patterns.
- 8. Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing, calculating salaries, and ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.
- Membership Financial Queries: Addressing member inquiries related to membership fees and financial matters.
- Any other duties assigned by the President as and when deemed necessary

**Job Requirement**
- Qualification of at least STPM/ LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum one-year working experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Malay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
