**About us**:
We help customers with product formulation and concept, packaging, label & product design, product registration and Halal Certificate from JAKIM.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Researching new products such as color cosmetics, skin care, body care, and hair care.
- Research any latest updates on products and innovative ideas in product development.
- Prepare laboratory samples according to customer requirements.
- Prepare List of Ingredients, USP (Unique Selling Point)/Active Recommendations, and MSDS (If necessary).
- Solve problems in the manufacturing process when needed.
- Prepare any documents related to GMP requirements.
- Issue confirmed master formula to Planner/Buyer for production mixing.
- Perform laboratory scale production when required.
- Perform stability studies on laboratory samples and work closely with the quality control team to establish and maintain product quality standards.
- Providing Product Information on samples/projects/products assigned to you.
- Responsible for storing, updating, filling and evaluating documents of the Research and Development Department (R&D).
- Support all documents required for customer requirements, regulations, customs documents, and any government body requirements.
- Collect relevant documents for notification of production and manufacturing.
- Monitor the first test of the factory production and check the contents of the label on the packaging and regulatory requirements when necessary.
- Perform other tasks set according to GMP Requirements.
- Ensure all raw materials are safe to use according to GMP Requirements.
- Knowledge of the global regulations governing color cosmetics and ensure that every formulation complies with the necessary requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**a) Nationality**: Malaysian (Must be 45 years and below)

**b) Education**:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

**c) Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the OEM Factory industry

**d) Skills**:

- Certified by the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry (IKM) as a Registered Chemist.
- Skills in computer and laboratory equipment used in chemical analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and safety procedures relating to the use and disposal of chemicals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
