**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily administrative support to the Laboratory Manager.
- Provide administrative and office support for Lab include receiving and directing visitors, preparing PPE for new employees, maintaining and ordering inventory / stationaries in the Lab.
- Requesting quotation from suppliers and preparing PO.
- Assist in generating COA reports daily using NAVARIK system and ensuring that all information on the reports is accurate and closing AIMS.
- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying of documents, and updating of relevant information into the lab’s system.
- Assist to keep accurate records of data in the Lab Job Board and any historical folders.
- Assist in preparing paperwork during witnessing jobs (in lab).
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM and above.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant admin work experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Good working attitude, has initiative, self-motivated, willing to learn and work hard.
- Good oral communication and typing skills.
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize effectively and able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player.
- Able to commence work immediately.
- Prefer Pengerang and Desaru residents.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
