**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To carry out marketing and sales strategies and activities to

increase sales revenue of our financial planning products such as medical
plans, life protection plans, education plans, savings, and investment plans.
- Generate new business via diverse sources such as networking, social media,

cold calling, promotional booths, and referrals by contacting potential
customers and selling one or more types of policies and certificates.
- To understand and provide Sound Financial Recommendations & Solutions to ensure

clients meet their financial goals.
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of products and plans offered to existing and new potential clients.
- Monitor clients' claims and assist clients with any inquiries related to their

policies & certificates.
- To establish and nurture good relationships with new and existing clients. Review existing policies and certificates to ensure new prospects and clients fully understand the coverage they own.

**SALARY**:

- Part-time - RM 3,500 + commissions
- Full-time - RM 15,000+ commissions

**CRITERIA / MINIMUM REQUIREMENT**:

- **Malaysian ONLY** & willing to work in the KL & Selangor area.
- Qualification: SPM, Diploma, Degree, and above. Experience in Public Relations, Communication, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Banking, Insurance, Takaful, UnitTrust, Asset Management, Property, Risk Management, Education Consultant

(Teacher / Lecturer), Healthcare / Medical Consultant, Pharmacist, Engineer,
Business Owner, Influencer, and Cabin Crew. Any other fields or those without
under AIA ELITE ACADEMY.
- Open to those who wish to start afresh (from another company).
- Open to those who are holding TBE / PCE / CEILLI / PCEIA.
- Positive attitude & willing to take up challenges.
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, self-motivated & high integrity.
- Willing to work under the group training system.
- Teachable and willing to learn.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
