Wireman Technician

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for the maintenance, overhaul and repair of machinery, equipment, instruments and electricals for air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, fire alarm, domestic cold water and sanitary systems for a Grade A high-rise building.
- Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and repair works carry out by in-house team, vendors and contractors.
- Supervise, guide and teach junior technicians in carrying out their duties.
- Trouble-shoot mechanical problems and rectify them to ensure minimum down time.
- Carry out emergency repairs for all plant and equipment to minimize down time.
- Conduct regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the safe operation of all machineries and equipment.
- Upkeep the and maintain plant machineries to ensure they are in good running condition.
- Record and document all maintenance work carried out by in-house team, vendors and contractors.
- Available to attend at site for breakdown calls at all times.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Handle M&E work such as troubleshooting,servicing,and repairing of aircond system,electrical system,lighting,switchboard,genset & firealarm system. Good communication skill & team work.
- Transportation & accomodation provided.
- Must have valid driving license (D). For those whom have GDL license will be advantages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,009.24 per month
